Returning?

Have you been away from church? A time in the wilderness? Perhaps you are thinking of coming back: perhaps you need to find a better sense of purpose, or a code to follow… perhaps you want to develop a spirituality…. or perhaps you want to reestablish a rhythm in your life?
There are plenty of Catholics about- probably the largest Sunday congregations this country, but it remains a fact that less than 10% of baptised Catholics in England and Wales attend Mass regularly. Pope John Paul II said: “there are no strangers or aliens in the Family of Families".
There are many ways to make this journey: you may want to approach gently, perhaps come to Mass again. You may want to be “reconciled” through the sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession). You may just want to talk at the outset, or find a group to join or an individual who will give you a bit of support.
There may be other issues, or past hurts: you may feel that at some time you were not treated well.
